New name, same great team!

Following the tough decision to close Minneota Manor, a nursing home serving the Minneota area for many years, we have changed the name of our campus to Minneota Assisted Living and Home Health Care. Though the name has changed and we no longer offer nursing home services, our wonderful staff is still here. Those who cared for our Minneota Manor residents and past assisted living and home health patients will continue to care for the current and future residents of our community at Minneota Assisted Living and Home Health Care.

Our assisted living facility (formerly known as Madison Avenue Apartments) and home health agency (known as Town and Country Home Health) are supported by years of experience and a passionate staff. We’ve been providing these services to the community for years and, after the closure of our nursing home, our assisted living facility will be able to provide more services to more seniors in the Minneota area than ever before. We have staff in the building to support our assisted living residents 24 hours a day.  

We’re excited to take this opportunity to reintroduce ourselves to the community and share the assisted living and home health services we offer. We’re here to assure you that we can still provide a range of services even though the nursing home is no longer here. While there are certain complex medical issues that may require a nursing home, many services that support day-to-day living, or recovery from an illness or surgery can be accommodated in assisted living, especially with the support of our Medicare-certified home health agency. Our team has continued caring for our residents in the way that they have done for many years. The name may have changed, but the quality of care and dedication that the community has experienced from Minneota Manor is still here at Minneota Assisted Living and Home Health Care.
