About this role
Portion, prepare, and serve meals for residents, following diet restrictions and food-safety guidelines. Receive and store food service products according to food-safety guidelines.
What you'll do
- Portion, prepare, and serve meals for residents.
- Follow diet restrictions, recipes, and food-safety guidelines.
- Receive and store food service products according to food-safety guidelines.
- Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and sanitized.
- May be asked to act as Lead occasionally in the absence of the Director or Supervisor.
What you'll need
- Basic math skills
- Effective communication skills; able to read, write, and communicate in English
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently, staying on task
- Food service experience preferred
- Successful Minnesota DHS background study
