At Minneota Assisted Living, mealtime is a moment to enjoy good food and great company, at your own pace and on your own terms.
Our friendly staff handles everything from serving your meal to clearing the table, so you can simply relax, savor your food, and enjoy the experience.
Nobody eats something they didn’t want
Our kitchen puts up two main dishes each day, and there is a standing list of soups, sandwiches, and salads for anyone who would rather have something else, no notice needed. Meals come to you at your table, and the table is cleared for you afterward. The only thing required of you is showing up and deciding what sounds good.

How meal plans work here
- 3 meals per day and snacks provided
- Meal plans are optional. You're never required to choose one to live here
- Choosing a plan comes at an additional cost beyond your monthly rent, and you can switch plans at any time
- Need a special diet? Your physician can order one and we'll accommodate it. Talk to us about what you need and we'll walk you through how it works
